Intel Science Talent Search (STS) Semifinalist
I was named a semifinalist in the Intel Science Talent Search (formerly known as the Westinghouse Science Talent Search) with my entry on the creation of a mobile Augmented Reality Anatomical Visualization interface for medical education. The goal of the Intel Science Talent Search is to identify the students with the most potential as future leaders in science and technology, from each graduating class of high school seniors. The Monta Vista High School newspaper, El Estoque, created two videos, in which I describe my journey through the world of academia and research. The third video was an interview by Stanford University, in which I describe the rationale behind my research project.
